Aquanima, part of the Santander Group, seeks a dynamic Analyst for Professional Services Purchases to join our global team. We drive efficiency in procurement processes across 12 countries, maximizing savings for clients through strategic sourcing and supplier management. Our expertise includes 360º provider management and contract handling as a strategic partner.

You will deeply understand assigned purchase categories, executing operations and strategy. Support the Category Manager in defining global purchasing strategies and lead RFX negotiations for Professional Services, from pliegos to contract terms. Manage platforms like Ariba, SAP, and Globality for consistent data and reporting.

Prepare executive presentations on negotiation progress and lead client meetings to ensure transparency. Act as the internal referent for category operations across Aquanima regions, fostering proactive communication. Collaborate in a young, global team focused on efficiency and value.

Requirements

1-2 years in similar procurement or consulting position
University degree, preferably Engineering, IT, or Business Administration
Strategic Sourcing knowledge
Project Management skills
Problem Solving and Proactivity
Proficiency in Ariba, SAP, advanced Excel (Macros), PowerBI recommended, and office tools
High level English essential

Responsibilities

Analyze and understand global assigned purchase categories
Support global Category Manager in defining and implementing purchasing strategy
Execute global RFX negotiations for Professional Services category: define pliegos, analyze offers, negotiate terms and clauses
Manage procurement platforms (Ariba, SAP, Globality) for negotiations and reporting
Prepare executive documents and presentations on negotiation status for stakeholders
Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, lead meetings to discuss results
Serve as internal point of contact for category operations across Aquanima regions
Demonstrate interest in new technologies and applications
