About this role
At Blue Origin, join problem solvers developing reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. This role owns supply chain performance within a Program as part of Blue Origin Operations, including Integrated Supply Chain and Test Operations. Develop and execute supply chain strategies, processes, and materials program plans to ensure performance, budget, and on-time delivery.
Serve as the single-threaded interface with the Program Management Office to define goals, manage risk, schedule, escalations, and problem solving. Lead a small team of Supply Chain Program Managers accountable for full Program scope. Understand product structure, key objectives, budgets, and schedules of supported programs.
Ensure Supply Chain functions execute plans to achieve targets, track progress, and develop mitigations where performance deviates. Support policies, procedures, financial management like EVMS and budgets, supply chain metrics, strategic sourcing, and requirements management including FAR/DFARS and ITAR. Manage complete material ownership for schedule, cost, and EAC.
Analyze data to identify deviations and create improvement plans with Supply Chain leadership. Provide detailed communications, reports, and presentations to align Program and Supply Chain. Thrive in ambiguous, dynamic environments leading cross-functional teams with passion for safe human spaceflight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience, Master's degree with 5 years in Program Management/Supply Chain Program Management with focus on test operations
- Experience in test systems Engineering or related technical fields, Engineering Supply Chain Management
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal)

- Comfortable working and directing small teams in ambiguous, dynamic environments and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Own supply chain performance within a Blue Origin Program
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies, processes, and materials program plans

- Lead a small team of Supply Chain Program Managers with accountability for full Program scope
- Ensure Supply Chain functions execute plans to achieve product objectives, budgets, and schedules
- Track progress, develop mitigations, and support financial management including EVMS and working capital
- Manage material requirements placement and receipt including schedule, cost, and Material EAC
- Analyze data for performance deviations and provide reports, presentations to all levels
