We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to support Field Services and Procurement operations, ensuring vendor management and material readiness. This individual contributor role scales our national service network while delivering exceptional client service.

You will assist in generating, managing, and analyzing Annual and Ad-hoc RFPs to secure competitive pricing and high-quality standards. Facilitate vendor discussions and negotiations with Field Service Providers to optimize contract terms. Maintain contract databases and develop accurate cost estimates using financial modeling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Accounting/Finance, Legal, and Field Service Delivery. Provide guidance to temporary staff or contractors during peak RFP cycles. Leverage advanced data management in Google Sheets and Excel for large datasets.

Experiment with AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT for data mining, analysis, and process automation. Drive cost reduction initiatives for Field Service Providers and Direct Tech in residential and commercial sectors. Requirements

  • Detail-oriented self-starter who excels at managing multiple priorities
  • Proven track record in data analysis
  • Keen eye for detail to dive into large datasets, find trends, clean inconsistencies, and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex data or procurement needs to stakeholders including legal teams and field service providers
  • Comfortable and adaptable with technology
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel functions including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data cleaning
  • Intermediate-level math skills for financial modeling and margin calculations
  • Experience supporting vendor management and procurement processes

Responsibilities

  • Assist Procurement team in generation, management, and analysis of Annual and Ad-hoc RFPs to secure competitive pricing and maintain service standards
  • Facilitate vendor discussions and negotiations with Field Service Providers to optimize contract terms and pricing
  • Manage end-to-end contract execution for Field Service Partners, including updates, signature routing, and archiving
  • Maintain and update master contract and amendment database for cross-functional accessibility
  • Develop accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects using financial formulas and margin calculations
  • Utilize Google Sheets and Excel functions like VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data cleaning for large RFP datasets
  • Experiment with AI tools for data mining, asset mapping, complex analysis, and process automation
  • Design and execute strategic projects for Field Service Provider and Direct Tech cost reductions
