We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Worker at TF Green Airport. You will ensure the efficient handling of goods and materials for our upscale restaurants. Attention to detail and process optimization skills are crucial to our success.

Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution for all locations. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to support smooth operations.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and on-time delivery. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies at this airport-based facility for Grove Bay Hospitality Group. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience in warehouse management
Knowledge of inventory control and logistics
Ability to multitask and work under time constraints
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
