The team is hybrid, requiring commuters to the Chicago office Tuesday-Thursday. Applicants must reside in Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin. Work across time zones with a global team of creative minds and health enthusiasts.

Requirements

  • Experience managing 3PL operations and partnerships
  • Proficiency in order processing and fulfillment workflows
  • Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
  • Familiarity with return processing and scrap management in logistics
  • Ability to track and enforce KPIs and SLAs
  • Skills in identifying performance gaps and corrective actions
  • Expertise in standardizing order management across systems
  • Background in process optimization for supply chain efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operations with North America 3PL partner
  • Oversee order processing and fulfillment execution
  • Manage return processing and disposition workflows
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
  • Track scrap reporting and root cause identification
  • Act as primary point of contact for operational issue resolution with 3PL
  • Monitor 3PL performance against KPIs and SLAs
  • Drive process improvements to reduce errors, cycle time, and customer chargebacks
