Blueair, as part of Unilever, seeks a Logistics Manager to own day-to-day execution and performance of North America 3PL operations. Accountability covers order accuracy, inventory integrity, and service performance. The role drives process improvements and operational discipline across logistics.
Core responsibilities include order processing, return processing, inventory reconciliation, and scrap reporting for efficient execution. Monitor and enforce 3PL KPIs while partnering with the 3PL on improvements. Support Finance in quantifying the impact of operational enhancements.
The team is hybrid, requiring commuters to the Chicago office Tuesday-Thursday. Applicants must reside in Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin. Work across time zones with a global team of creative minds and health enthusiasts.

Requirements
- Experience managing 3PL operations and partnerships
- Proficiency in order processing and fulfillment workflows
- Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
- Familiarity with return processing and scrap management in logistics
- Ability to track and enforce KPIs and SLAs
- Skills in identifying performance gaps and corrective actions
- Expertise in standardizing order management across systems
- Background in process optimization for supply chain efficiency
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations with North America 3PL partner
- Oversee order processing and fulfillment execution
- Manage return processing and disposition workflows
- Conduct inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
- Track scrap reporting and root cause identification
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issue resolution with 3PL
- Monitor 3PL performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Drive process improvements to reduce errors, cycle time, and customer chargebacks
