Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
- Experience conducting supplier assessments and audits
- Knowledge of supply chain risk management and mitigation
- Familiarity with responsible sourcing policies and best practices
- Ability to develop training on sourcing procedures
- Understanding of AI applications in supply chain efficiencies
Responsibilities
