With a team of 80+ FTEs across Europe (Berlin HQ), China, and India, the company is rapidly scaling toward profitability. You'll collaborate with Sales and operational teams to solve issues and improve processes leveraging automation and data. Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and deliver insights to optimize end-to-end operations.

This onsite role in Berlin offers real ownership from day one in a fast-scaling, AI-first company. Work directly with senior operators while shaping operational processes. Gain rapid learning opportunities and cross-functional exposure driving triple-digit million GMV.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Experienced in procurement sourcing and supply chain contracting in a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment
Strong analytical and negotiation skills to articulate complex subjects with confidence
Hands-on mentality to take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in dynamic settings
Motivated by technology-driven transformation and curious about AI reshaping global supply chains
Full business proficiency in German (preferred)

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and acquire suppliers across Europe and worldwide
Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts of 1M+ procurement spend
Build strong commercial relationships that fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational growth and efficiency
Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to solve issues and improve processes leveraging automation and data
Analyze performance data, track key KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize supply chain operations
Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing structures to adjust strategy
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
