Develop and implement the sourcing strategy while owning ongoing actions between Sunnova and suppliers. Lead communications, executive meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Identify field performance data to drive corrective actions and develop KPIs and supplier scorecards.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Compliance, Engineering, O&M, IT, Legal, Sales, Dealers, and Accounting. Act as a facilitator for senior leadership with Finance, Compliance, and Accounting. Work with Supply Chain on phasing in suppliers’ new products.

Monitor industry trends like new products, services, and pricing to identify process improvements. Optimize project returns by modifying parameters and oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on supplier performance. Join the fastest-growing segment of the energy industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • 10+ years’ related experience in Procurement
  • 8+ years’ management experience
  • Experience managing several direct reports
  • Full comprehension of all aspects of complex program management
  • Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles; conducts advanced financial analysis
  • Expert in MS Excel and enterprise relational database tools
  • Experience in logistics operations and performance analysis of complex programs

Responsibilities
