About this role

IronMountain Solutions seeks a Logistics Analyst to support a Department of the Air Force production effort in Huntsville, Alabama. This role leads and coordinates logistics-related activities across the contract, emphasizing reliability and maintainability, Government property accountability, integrated logistics support, provisioning, and product support analysis. The position is contingent on contract award.

The Logistics Analyst develops, reviews, and maintains logistics data, provisioning inputs, and product support documentation for hardware. They coordinate with engineering, quality, configuration management, manufacturing, and supplier teams to align logistics data and supportability planning with contract requirements. Daily tasks include evaluating design changes, ECPs, variances, and process impacts on logistics and property.

Work alongside customer representatives, subcontractors, OEMs, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve supply availability. Support property management including accountability, inventory reconciliation, receiving, storage, and movement of Government Furnished Property. Participate in provisioning conferences, technical evaluations, and integrated product teams.

Provide product support analysis for maintenance impacts, sparing, provisioning, and long-term support of fielded systems. Track action items, deliverables, and risks with status updates and recommendations. This onsite role offers full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with negotiable relocation.

Requirements

  • Acquisition logistics, sustainment logistics, and/or product support analysis experience supporting aviation, defense, or major weapon system programs
  • Working knowledge of integrated logistics support principles, provisioning concepts, reliability and maintainability considerations, and Government property accountability practices
  • Ability to review and analyze technical data received from engineering organizations, OEMs, vendors, and subcontractors for logistics and provisioning
  • Experience evaluating design changes, ECPs, variances, and process changes for supportability and property impacts
  • Familiarity with product support analysis for maintenance, sparing, provisioning, and long-term sustainment of defense systems
  • Knowledge of Government Furnished Property management in accordance with contractual requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support all contract logistics activities, including integrated logistics support planning, provisioning, product support analysis, Government property coordination, and reliability and maintainability tasks
  • Develop, review, revise, and maintain logistics data, provisioning inputs, and product support documentation for new, modified, refurbished, or production hardware
  • Coordinate with engineering, configuration management, manufacturing, and quality teams to evaluate design changes, ECPs, variances, and process changes for logistics impacts
  • Review, evaluate, accept, and/or reject provisioning data, supportability data, and contractor or OEM submissions for adequacy and accuracy
  • Provide product support analysis to determine maintenance impacts, sparing implications, provisioning requirements, and long-term support considerations
  • Assist in development, maintenance, and execution of integrated logistics support plans, provisioning packages, and logistics product data
  • Support property management activities, including accountability, inventory reconciliation, receiving, storage, movement, and coordination of Government Furnished Property
  • Interface with customer representatives, subcontractors, OEMs, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues and support provisioning conferences
