As Strategic Sourcing Manager in the Indirect Supply Management EMEA team, implement sourcing strategies impacting the regional organization. Work in an international, inspiring, and dynamic environment with direct impact on supply market management strategy.

Lead the creation and implementation of long-term indirect sourcing strategies for the EMEA Region in collaboration with the Global Indirect Category Management Team and Functional/Commercial Business Partners. Own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle from market analysis, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management. Drive compliance with corporate policies and regional regulations.

Build and execute a continuous pipeline of sourcing and spend management initiatives with commercial and functional partners. Establish and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to ensure continuity, innovation, and competitive advantage. Work from the office 2 days a week, considering candidates from Heerlen, Netherlands; Warsaw, Poland; or Milan, Italy.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supplier performance, risk management, and process efficiency. Provide financial benefits and business impact for the organization through effective sourcing. Lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.

Requirements

Proven ability to apply strategic sourcing management principles, with experience managing indirect sourcing and spend across multiple categories (e.g. Supply Chain, T&E, Facilities, Professional Services, HR, Fleet)
Strong track record of business partnering with senior leadership, particularly in finance
Expertise in complex project management and supplier negotiations at both regional and global levels
Demonstrated success in leading teams of strategic sourcing professionals
Extensive EMEA-wide supply market experience and effective cross-regional collaboration
Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and high flexibility
