We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to ensure the warehouse remains cleaned, organized, and inventory is tracked. You will handle equipment and parts for technicians, manage orders and deliveries, and support vehicle maintenance. Daily tasks include issuing returns, reconciliations, and assigning uniforms, tools, and safety gear.
Work independently while collaborating with teams in a fast-paced environment serving various ISP markets. Build positive relationships with internal and external customers using strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Perform duties indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces, and elevated areas up to 70% of the time, navigating terrains and lifting up to 75lbs.

Requirements
- 1+ years in broadband, telecommunications, warehouse or related experience preferred
- Ability to operate both a box truck and forklift
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and certified forklift operator preferred
- Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
Responsibilities
- Maintain warehouse, ensuring it remains cleaned and organized
- Track and maintain inventory for all equipment and parts, keeping items locked and organized
- Place orders and manage intake of deliveries, stocking shelves
- Issue/return equipment to technicians on a daily and weekly basis
- Complete a daily reconciliation of technician equipment levels
- Participate in company vehicle management: clean and detail vehicles, deliver vehicles requiring repair to the repair shop
- Assign uniforms, tools, and safety gear to all technicians, ensuring invoices are signed
