Goods In Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Goods In Operative role on a Permanent Full-Time basis in Value Centre Carlow. Key responsibilities include managing the receipt of all incoming goods, utilising the in-house computer system. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements.

Daily tasks involve stock control duties such as rotation and stocktakes, along with processing stock returns, damaged stock, and out-of-date products. Maintain the area clean and tidy while assisting customers. Ensure all required paperwork and administration is completed and up to date.

Flexibility to multitask is needed, including working in chilled and frozen areas. Demonstrate compliance with all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Security requirements. Handle other associated duties as requested by the manager.

The role suits a highly motivated individual who takes initiative with minimal supervision in a warehouse environment. Work professionally with colleagues, management, and business partners. Adhere to standard operating procedures with strong awareness of safety standards.
