As a Customer Delivery Driver at Asda, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—serving with heart and pride. You’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation by delivering products right to customers' front doors with a smile. Whether loading your van or serving regular customers, you put them at the heart of everything.

On the road, you’ll deliver to customers while ensuring a positive experience. When not driving, you’ll keep your van clean and fit for the next delivery—we provide all the training needed. During busy periods, you’ll help your team by picking and packing online orders.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working well with colleagues as a reliable team player. Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every shift. Support others while showing pride in your work.

Requirements

Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points
Friendly and helpful approach to customer service
Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
Good communication skills and a team mindset
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Reliable and eager to learn

Responsibilities

Load van with customer orders
Deliver products to customers' front doors with a smile
Serve regular customers and enhance their experience
Clean and maintain van for next deliveries
Pick and pack online orders during busy periods
Ensure smooth operation of store delivery services
