Church & Dwight is seeking an International Customer Logistics Analyst II to manage end-to-end international order execution. This role drives service performance across assigned customers and regions through strong coordination, data analysis, and supply chain execution. Partner closely with cross-functional teams for accurate, compliant, and timely fulfillment.

Review and coordinate order requests based on inventory availability, forecast alignment, and operational feasibility. Proactively identify and resolve service, inventory, documentation, and execution issues with internal teams and external stakeholders. Analyze data to spot issues, trends, and risks while recommending practical solutions.

This remote role requires flexibility for global collaboration, including meetings outside standard business hours like early mornings or evenings. Occasional in-person attendance may be needed. Enjoy an informal culture that champions courage, determination, and collaboration.

Represent International Customer Logistics in global meetings and cross-functional projects. Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, governance, and customer service. Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong judgment and problem-resolution skills.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing end-to-end international order execution and purchase orders
  • Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends, risks, and service issues in supply chain
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, planning, transportation, and quality
  • Familiarity with export documentation preparation and freight forwarding processes
  • Skills in proactive issue resolution for inventory, documentation, and execution challenges
  • Understanding of customer-specific requirements and service performance targets

Responsibilities

  • Manage international purchase orders in compliance with customer requirements, country regulations, Church & Dwight policies, and service performance targets
  • Serve as the primary coordination point for assigned customers and regions, ensuring cross-functional alignment on commitments and execution plans
  • Review and coordinate order requests using sound judgment based on inventory availability, forecast alignment, and operational feasibility
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve service, inventory, documentation, and execution issues by partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Analyze basic data to identify issues, trends, and risks; recommend practical solutions to support service reliability and compliance
  • Communicate order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution clearly and professionally with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate freight bookings and delivery appointments with freight forwarders and the transportation team
  • Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation in accordance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements
