Requirements
- Deep knowledge of customs regulations, compliance procedures, and clearance technologies
- Experience in digital transformation and deploying automation, AI/ML, data analytics in trade operations
- Proven ability to drive process re-engineering in customs and global trade
- Expertise in balancing compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in customs solutions
- Skills in establishing KPIs and monitoring performance in clearance operations
- Ability to anticipate and adapt to regulatory changes in global trade
- Strong cross-functional collaboration in supply chain, logistics, IT, finance, and legal
- Leadership experience managing and mentoring customs teams
