About this role
This position provides exemplary customer service through effective communication, supply chain optimization, and prompt issue resolution at all levels from procurement to delivery. It plays a crucial role in maximizing customer satisfaction while minimizing cost and delivery delays. The role supports third-party relationships and internal teams in global operations.
Establish strong relationships with customers and suppliers via consistent communication and follow-up. Provide operational support to the internal sales team through proactive order management. Collaborate with departments to evaluate risk management, credit lines, vendor invoices, export documentation timelines, and logistics efficiency.
Determine order profitability by budgeting expenses and reviewing with sales. Use in-house trade software to convert customer orders into formatted purchase and sales orders for third-party partners. Monitor production dates, develop shipment plans, coordinate global inventory, and track shipments with third-party tools.
Address customer and supplier inquiries, concerns, and claims professionally and timely. Proactively resolve issues during order fulfillment and shipment, escalating complex matters to management. Work in a normal environment with no supervisory responsibilities, collaborating across teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of global operations or logistics experience preferred
- Able to manage inventory, orders, and logistics to ensure accuracy
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated individual capable of learning quickly and working independently
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Portuguese)
Responsibilities

- Monitor and coordinate inventory across global locations to minimize aging and exposure
- Address inquiries, concerns, and claims from customers and suppliers in a timely manner; resolve issues and escalate complex ones
