About this role
Within our SCM Logistics department, we seek an experienced Transport Planner with a desire for creative perspectives at our Bydgoszcz location as soon as possible. You will make the difference together by handling key logistics operations in a competitive environment.
You plan, organize, and coordinate domestic and international shipments while monitoring stock levels to ensure continuity of operations. Cooperate closely with logistics operators, maintaining strong professional relationships, and work with the company's operational departments.
Continuously improve logistics processes and actively participate in internal and cross-functional projects. Demonstrate a respectful and professional approach in interactions with customers and colleagues every day.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in International Logistics or a related field such as Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- Experience in international logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Solid knowledge of SAP TM
- Fluent in English
- Respectful and professional approach in interaction with customers and colleagues
- Experience in processes optimization considered an additional asset
