Shipa Delivery is an online platform that makes it easier for businesses and consumers to send and receive parcels within the GCC. Our expanding operation connects users with a network of delivery assets and services via mobile apps and online business dashboards. We provide real-time parcel tracking via GPS and streamline last-mile logistics.
The primary role is to manage customs documentation and compliance processes for international shipments. Coordinate with customs authorities, carriers, and other parties to ensure timely clearance of goods. Minimize delays and ensure all necessary paperwork is properly completed while staying updated on customs regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management
- Minimum 4 years of Customs Clearance or Cross Border experience
- Experience in or exposure to logistics and ecommerce, preferred
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced and professional environment
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Knowledge in strategic planning
- Flexibility and willingness to do physical work and rotational shifts
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process all customs documentation, including import/export declarations, commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Ensure compliance with all applicable customs laws, regulations, trade agreements, and company policies
- Submit customs declarations to customs authorities and ensure timely clearance of goods to avoid delays or fines
- Act as the primary point of contact between customs authorities, shipping companies, and the company to resolve issues
- Calculate and verify customs duties, tariffs, and taxes, ensuring accuracy and minimizing costs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs documents and transactions
- Address and resolve any issues or delays related to customs clearance
- Provide guidance to internal teams or clients regarding import/export regulations and documentation requirements
