About this role
Sunbelt Rentals strives to be the customer's first choice in the equipment rental industry, offering a vast fleet from pumps to scaffolding. As a Class 1 Driver, you'll safely deliver and pick up equipment, tools, and supplies from customer worksites. Operate a flatbed or roll-back truck in urban, suburban, rural, and tight construction zones while representing our brand.
Drive in tight jobsite environments including construction, commercial, and events. Tow generators up to 20,000 lbs, operate cranes with training provided, and perform basic equipment demonstrations. Handle minor troubleshooting and repairs on equipment and vehicles at each stop.

Requirements
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence with acceptable driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with commercial equipment or heavy haul (preferred)
- Experience with crane trucks or towing (asset)
- Strong safety mindset and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50+ lbs
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
Responsibilities
- Deliver and recover rental equipment using a Class 1 vehicle (flatbed or roll-back)
- Drive in tight jobsite environments (construction, commercial, events)
- Tow generators up to 20,000 lbs
