Requirements
- Secondary education or equivalent
- One (1) year of general clerical experience
- One (1) year of customer contact experience
- Familiarity with customs documentation and procedures
- Attention to detail in handling shipping paperwork
- Basic understanding of international trade compliance
- Ability to manage multiple clearance tasks efficiently
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customs declarations for shipments
- Review import/export documentation for compliance with regulations
- Liaise with customs authorities and brokers to facilitate clearance
- Assist customers with inquiries on customs clearance status
- Maintain accurate records of customs transactions and filings
- Ensure timely release of goods through customs procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams on shipment documentation issues
