The Supply & Logistics Planner - Exports supports planning, customer order fulfilment, and execution of trade compliance and customs operations. This ensures adherence to regulations and internal standards for efficient cross-border supply chain activities.
Handle orders from placement to delivery, verifying alignment with customer requirements and timelines. Coordinate shipments ensuring compliance with logistical agreements, shipping regulations, and procedures. Act as SPOC for customers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders on orders and shipments.
Release POs per supply plan, review supply versus PO and vendor confirmations, owning MTS/MTO PO fulfillment from requisition to customer delivery. Execute day-to-day customs and trade compliance, coordinating with stakeholders and service providers for timely import/export operations. Manage PO administration, spend control, and prepare MIS & reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or in any other field but with experience in SC/Logistics
- 4-7 years of experience in supply chain planning and order management
- 4-7 years of experience in exports logistics and execution, documentation, CHA & forwarder management
- Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or equivalent certification is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper and efficient handling of orders from placement to delivery, verifying alignment with customer requirements and timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth order fulfillment and delivery
- Coordinate product shipments to customers in line with logistical agreements and shipping regulations
- Serve as SPOC for customers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders for orders and shipments
- Release POs as per supply plan and review supply versus PO and vendor confirmation
- Review order book versus availability and resolve detected issues
- Execute day-to-day customs and trade compliance activities aligned with procedures and regulations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers for compliant import/export operations
