In this role, organize national and international transports to diverse destinations and prepare transport documents for export shipments. Manage customs administrations including T1 registrations, bonded warehouse administration, and free circulation declarations. Purchase transport services and packaging materials while coordinating with internal departments on transport readiness.

Maintain contact with forwarders, carriers, customs services, and the Chamber of Commerce for certificates and origin declarations. Work in a collaborative environment with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Sales Support teams. Our office in Lomm, a strategic European logistics hub, offers excellent connections to Germany and international airports.

Requirements

  • MBO education or entry-level HBO in logistics
  • At least 3 years experience in import and export activities
  • Knowledge of international delivery terms (Incoterms) and customs legislation
  • Experience with ERP systems and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
