Transport Supervisor

Brindabella Resources is an Indigenous focused Civil, Mining, Maintenance, Oil and Gas contractor prioritizing high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance. The Transport Supervisor oversees all transport operations on site, ensuring safe and efficient movement of personnel and assets. This includes supervising drivers, managing vehicles, and maintaining compliance with safety, operational, and client requirements.

Supervise bus drivers to ensure compliance with schedules and journey plans, prepare run schedules, and assign daily tasks. Conduct daily driver BAC testing, pre-start meetings, and fitness-for-work checks. Perform bus driving duties when required and maintain buses in safe, clean, operational condition.

Role model high safety standards, monitor performance, deliver toolbox talks, and ensure proper handovers with safety information. Communicate respectfully with staff, colleagues, management, and stakeholders. Supervise performance, conduct reviews, manage leave, and ensure staff are trained and inducted.

Lead end-to-end transport operations during mining shutdowns, overseeing schedules, resource allocation, and deployment. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams as primary point of contact. Provide timely updates and collaborate to meet client expectations and align plans.
