As Team Leader Dispatch / Customs Clearance, you lead a team ensuring smooth shipping documentation, customs clearance, returns, and transport reclamations. Day-to-day responsibilities include professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, optimizing shipping and customs processes with ATLAS and export control. You secure efficient outbound delivery flows, handle returns, transport reclamations, and supplier declarations. Continuous team training and development are key to operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain Management or similar qualification (training)
  • Several years professional experience in shipping and customs clearance, at least two years in leadership
  • Experience leading teams, ideally in shipping, customs, or customer clearance
  • In-depth knowledge of export processing and ATLAS required
  • Proficiency in logistics software and customs systems (third countries, hazardous goods)
  • Very good German and English language skills required

  • Collaborate with internal teams (SCM, picking, packing) and external partners (logistics providers, customers, export center)
