Day-to-day duties include route planning, subcontractor fleet allocation, cost control, and supervising LTL processes for safe and efficient cargo space usage. You will coordinate customs-related shipments with agencies and ensure effective use and maintenance of contract vehicles.

Lead and motivate your team by delegating tasks and fostering strong performance. Build long-term relationships with subcontractors, negotiate with contractors, and collaborate with sales and international forwarding teams.

Requirements

Higher education in economics, transport, logistics, business management, or engineering
Several years of experience in logistics/transport management, including at least 2 years in team leadership
Strong knowledge of the forwarding industry and Polish distribution networks
Proven ability in budgeting, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of transport IT systems (TMS, telematics)
Initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
English proficiency is an advantage
