Lead day-to-day supply chain activities such as inventory control, cycle counts, and shipping. Develop strategies that drive productivity, cost savings, and customer satisfaction. Analyze trends, forecasting data, and metrics to optimize planning and performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, sales, finance, and global teams. Manage supplier relationships, monitor vendor performance on quality and delivery. Lead, mentor, and develop Supply Chain team members through training and coaching.

Support new product launches, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in business reviews and resolve operational issues proactively. Shape the future of digitization through meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
  • Experience overseeing purchasing, inventory management, and production planning
  • Proficiency in analyzing inventory trends and forecasting data
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and maintaining accurate master data
  • Skills in vendor management and supplier performance monitoring
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and budgeting activities
  • Strong leadership for mentoring and developing supply chain teams
  • Understanding of supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory control, production planning, warehousing, and shipping activities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support organizational goals, operational efficiency, and performance KPIs
  • Analyze inventory trends, forecasting data, and operational metrics to improve planning accuracy and supply chain performance
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support production demands while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
  • Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance related to quality, delivery, and service expectations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, sales, finance, and other departments to support business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Supply Chain team members through training, coaching, and performance management
