As Supply Chain Coordinator, play a key part in optimising supply chain processes, ensuring accurate production and stock data, and keeping materials flowing smoothly for manufacturing operations.
Ensure WIP trays are available to meet production plans and supply empty trays to support Aintree production, proactively managing stock to prevent shortages. Complete site-wide ingredient stock counts, validating records across warehouses and production areas to improve MRP confidence and planning.
Work closely with a welcoming collaborative team and factory teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Provide cover for production recording, capturing outputs and variances accurately in SAP to maintain stock integrity and traceability.
Develop supply chain expertise in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Bring a proactive mindset, curiosity, adaptability and drive; confident with Excel and SAP or keen to learn. Embody purpose-led, resilient, positive traits with pace, agility and accountability.

Responsibilities
- Ensure WIP trays are available to meet Carlisle BFC plans and supply empty trays to support Aintree production, proactively managing stock to prevent shortages or write-off
- Complete site-wide ingredient stock counts, accurately validating stock records across warehouses and production areas
- Identify damaged, obsolete or unrecorded stock movements to improve MRP confidence, production planning and customer service
- Provide cover for production recording, ensuring timely and accurate capture of production outputs, material consumption and variances in SAP
- Manage efficient storage and stock control of up to 1,200 pallets of WIP trays across Aintree and other locations, including physical checks and reconciliation
- Coordinate weekly movement of up to 500 pallets to Carlisle, ensuring availability supports production and assortment plans
- Actively manage age profile of WIP stock to prevent write-off, with controls at 25% shelf life and cross-site collaboration
- Oversee pallet and transport management, including transport ordering, pallet ordering, booking-in resolution and monthly counts
