About this role

We're looking for a Sourcing Manager to execute effective sourcing and contracting activities for Rail products or 3rd Party Flight Ancillaries. Ensuring we deliver optimised products that meet customer needs and commercial goals. Establishing strong supplier relationships is key to success.

Collect product requirements from markets and stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement plans for a competitive offering. Negotiate and secure contracts with providers to obtain optimal commercial terms meeting business and customer expectations. Develop sourcing strategies by evaluating market trends and supplier capabilities to maximise revenue.

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Commercial Flight Product and Ancillary Product Managers for alignment. Build and maintain effective relationships with partners to resolve issues and ensure contract compliance. Work in a dynamic environment where work is something you do, not somewhere you go.

Requirements

  • Experience in sourcing, contracting, or purchasing, preferably within the travel industry
  • Negotiation abilities with track record of securing favourable terms
  • Commercial acumen with ability to assess contract value and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Working knowledge of rail and/or flight ancillary markets, including pricing models and distribution channels
  • Analytical capabilities to interpret market and financial data for informed decision-making
  • Relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively across functions
  • Relevant education in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field
  • Communicate fluently in English, with a second language relevant to key markets being a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for product area evaluating market trends and supplier capabilities to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Commercial Flight Product and Ancillary Product Managers to ensure alignment
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with partners to facilitate successful negotiations, resolve issues, and ensure contract compliance
  • Monitor and report on sourcing KPIs across product area to identify underperformance and drive improvements
